It has been a busy few years for Steve - in 2025 he earned his Associate Broker’s license after taking 130 credit hours to qualify while helping over two dozen Marylanders buy and sell their homes.
In 2026 was named one of Baltimore Real Producer’s 2026 Top 500 Agents in the Baltimore Metro, was a finalist for their World Changer of the Year award, and was recognized as an Expert Witness by the Circuit Court of Maryland.
2027 is looking to be another busy one- Steve is chairing the Maryland Realtors Public Policy Committee, a member of the state legislative committee and starting his second three year term as a state Realtor Political Action Committee Trustee. He also will be serving on the HCAR legislative committee and the GBBR Forms Committee.
And still will help dozens of Marylanders buy and sell their homes.

Associate Broker is the highest level license in Maryland. It requires in depth knowledge beyond residential sales- and 130 credit hours of classes on real estate investing, development, commercial real estate and more plus a very challenging test.
Steve recently completed two consecutive terms as a Board Director (2022-2026) and had two successful terms as the 2022 and 2023 Legislative Committee Chair for the Howard County Association of Realtors.
In 2026 he was the Vice Chair of Maryland Realtors’ Public Policy Committee. He has been elevated to the Chair of Public Policy for 2027. The Committee determines the legislative priorities for Maryland Realtors for the legislative session. Each year the PPC works to promote legislation that protects the rights of all of Maryland property owners in Annapolis.
On top of helping dozens of Marylanders buy and sell their homes annually, Steve has been busy advocating for both the industry as well as property owners in Howard County by testifying in front of the Howard County Council and spear heading calls to action among his colleagues regarding legislation before the Council. Over the course of the Maryland General Assembly Session in the first part of 2022-2023 Steve and his committee reviewed over 850 pieces of proposed legislation to ensure that property rights and the real estate industry remain protected. As the immediate past chair of the Legislative Committee, Steve remains an integral part of the advocacy HCAR has become known for. He is also a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) Forms Committee, where alongside many experienced colleagues they work to create the contract forms used by REALTORS® all over the state in their practice.
